Seriously? Has no-one else noticed the similarities with "The Midwich Cuckoos", John Wyndham, 1957?

This show was always my go-to summer show and i wish it had been renewed and gotten a 4th season :/.I really miss it.
Roger Lopez was the only townpeople of the section TV Series characters: Chester's Mill that survive the dome because Eric Denton and Greg Bigelow wanst inside the dome and Aidan, Alice and Audrey were unknown
Meaning that Roger was the only named resident who survived the dome
ROGER LOPEZ WIN????? who say eh?
When Tom an Beth Tilden die Aidan was in the care of his adoptive mother Julia Shumway but Julia still not caring more because it was probably infected by the Family but the question is: He's still alive? When the kids are going to drowned in the lake why Aidan was not there??? why her adoptive mother dont protect him of the Family or try to return him of normal people and attachment to the resistance?
My friend what you thing? he's dead or unknown
Hey guys, this vote will be regarding the fates of the elderly folk. Seemingly every elderly person in Chester's Mill went to the bottom of the lake and drowned. So the question is what do we do with the elderly folk with names? Leave them as unknown or put them as deceased?
The people in question:
- Devinthe66 - List them as dead.
- Stan The Shark - List them as dead.
- Rick123Axel - N/A
- Kovarro - List them as dead.
All regular users can still vote down below, let us know what you guys think about this.
Voting on this topic will remain open until Monday September 7th, 2015.
Like Maybe The National Guardswoman,Clemmens, and maybe some of the others?
I think 4 would have had one new main regular actor, maybe hunter, and 5 a new actor too...
In my profile I had made a list of predictions, but now want to put here.
- Christine Price - She will die in Incandescence.
- Eva Sinclair - I'm not sure, but i think she will die in Incandescence or The Enemy Within.
- Charlotte Chastain with the other midwives - Die in the next episode, Legacy. They will give all their energy or something to Eva's Baby
- Harriet Arnold - Die in the next episode like Charlotte and the other midwives.
- Eva's Baby - Perhaps the resistance prevent her birth.
- Junior Rennie - If not brought back in Love is a Battlefield, probably he dies in one of the last episodes.
- Big Jim Rennie - Considering that is the main antagonist of the first and second season, I doubt that gets out of the dome.
- Sam Verdreaux - Very likely he doesn't get out of the dome.

my plan is to write a series of crossover fanfics, with Melanie as one of the heroes. Only problem is that she joins the team after the events of season 2. You think I could still make that work? I'm hesitant about writing her storyline, because I'm afraid people will start nitpicking that I'm contradicting the show too much.
So, who are your favorite novel characters? And who are the creepiest?
You know, after a lot of people died, how much you think the population drooped to in botht the novels and TV Series, including people caught outside the dome
Over the past season, I've been getting a very 'Lost' (the TV series) feel to this series. Would anyone else agree with this?
Why on such show all deeply religious people tend to end up as bible thumping hypocrites or raving lunatics, while everyone with above average science education is close minded person with childhood trauma and obsession to explain the WHY.
several centuries ago people regarded today basic chemistry for kids as witchcraft, a century ago most never dreamed about what is possible today and in many fields today understanding of science would be contradictory to what they knew. So why rebecca can't cope with what happening to Mel, so what if its contradictory to what she knows, the whole dome is contradictory to what she knows !
I finally found a higher quality screencap for Chester's Mill map. You can easily note Birds island at the top (also Shown clearly and zoomed in, couple of seconds later).
The surprising part is that the greenish stuff I previously assumed poor lighting\quality are parks (the one at the top is waterfront park, can't figure out the three line label of the middle one).
Which leaves us with the distinct bluish lake, which labeled westlake!? Which is where Joe mom and cousin went to eat at danis, and it doesn't appear cut off. Did the Dome grew from first season?
Also this makes me think that the "lake" where Julia dropped the egg isn't westlake but the much bigger body of water on the edge of town, that contains birds island.
